Free shipping on all orders above $500.

Middle East: up to 5 business days.

Rest of the world: up to 10 business days.

All orders ship with full tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email and on WhatsApp once your order leaves our atelier.

Exchanges

Ayame does not offer refunds.

We offer exchanges for sizing issues only, on the following terms:

- Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.

- The piece must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

- The exchange must be for the same piece in a different size, subject to availability.

- Kira Collection (Limited Edition) pieces are made to order. If your size is no longer available, our atelier will work with you on a remake or store credit at our discretion.

How to request an exchange

Message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the size you would like to exchange to.
We confirm size availability and send return instructions.
Ship the original piece back to our atelier within the timeframe given.
Once we receive and inspect the piece, we ship the new size. You will receive a tracking link.
