How long does shipping take?

Within the Middle East: up to 5 business days. Anywhere else in the world: up to 10 business days. All orders ship from our atelier with full tracking. Orders above $250 ship free.

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide - Jordan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, the rest of the Middle East, Europe, and beyond. If you can find your country at checkout, we ship there.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Ayame does not offer refunds. We offer exchanges for sizing issues only, and requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging. See Shipping & Exchanges for full detail.

Are pieces made to order?

Kira collection pieces are made to order - please allow 2–3 weeks before shipping. Core Collection pieces ship within 5 business days.

Do you offer alterations?

Yes - through our trusted partner ateliers, and via remote consultation on WhatsApp.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes. The site automatically detects your location and shows JOD, SAR, AED, USD, or EUR. You can also choose manually using the currency switcher at the top.
